SHIPPING
Shipping charges are based on USPS shipping rates and are an estimate. When combining items in one order, the actual shipping may be less than what is reflected in your shopping cart; in the case of you being over-charged on your shipping costs, Wildflower Sewing & Scents will include your refund with your package.
Wildflower Sewing & Scents ships in USPS Priority Boxes; to save on costs and trees, we will recycle boxes whenever possible. If you prefer a new box, please note that in your order. Priority orders will be assigned a Delivery Confirmation Number. Wildflower Sewing & Scents can not be held responsible for lost packages unless you ask, and pay for, insurance; insurance on Priority packages will be added at YOUR request.
All orders are mailed with a Delivery Confirmation Number. We will not replace any order that the post office delivery confirmation shows as having been delivered.
RETURNS
Our return policy is meant to provide a high level of assurance that our products remain high quality for your use. No returns are accepted without an RMA number, * Return Merchandise Authorization Number*. No returns of Soaps, Lotions, Creams or any perishable item will be accepted under any conditions; once these leave our facility we can not accept them due to possible contamination. Packaging supplies, containers, labels and some accessories will be accepted if unused and returned within 7 days of receipt to our facility, only if an RMA number has been issued in that time frame. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to obtain the required RMA number no later than 5 business days after receipt. All items must be returned within 5 business days after issuance of RMA number. Items must be in proper packaging unopened; if opened, item is NOT returnable. Unless this is our mistake, a 15% restocking fee will be charged in order to cover costs associated. In-store credit only, no cash refunds unless this was our mistake.
AVAILABILITY & BACKORDERS
We make every attempt to keep all products in stock but can't guarantee their availability. Out of stock items will not be backordered. If any items are out of stock we will attempt to contact you by email or phone so that you can request replacements or substitutions. If we can't contact you after 24 hours, we will ship your order and you must re-order the items when they are back in stock. We can't be held responsible for any situation that may arise due to an item being out of stock. Special order items will require a deposit of 50% and cannot be cancelled.
